RE: To Correct a typographical error in NY B81770 dated
February 7, 1997, Concerning the Classification of
P-Anisaldehyde
Dear Ms. Kuo:
On February 7, 1997, Customs issued to you NY B81770
concerning the classification of P-Anisaldehyde. That ruling
inadvertently stated that the applicable subheading for
P-Anisaldehyde was 2921.49.1000. The correct HTS number is
2912.49.1000.
All other facts stated in the ruling remain the same. A
copy of this correction ruling or the control number indicated
above should be provided with NY B81770 and the entry documents
filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
